What is the problem with this internet sharing ?

I have done all steps correctly to share my 3G dongle or wifi connection using only cmd without any sharing software as many of people know it ( netsh wlan set hostednetwork ssid=.....), all sets and method are perfect and there is no issue, even my devices ( Acer s500 + samsung S duos + Nokia 5800 XM ) show they are succefully connected to my created hostspot, but in fact there is no connection ! i can surf on internet from my laptop, but sharing option dont allow me to get internet from other device way ?? here is a picture that shows settings and everything is allright

Are you actually paying for the extra service to your 3G service provider ?
It's not a free service and they can control what devices access their networks.

I don't know if that's true, but there is a constant subscription internet acces on that 3G dongle, and i have the same problem when i share connection from the wifi
