What is the process name of windows 7 clock?

I want to know the process name of windows clock?
I just want to change the speed of the windows 7 clock?
Is there a program for it?

For example
5 secs on the clock will be 1 sec on realtime. .

AFAIK the clock process is built into explorer exe. So is not accessible

The clock is not run by a separate process. It is a part of the explorer.exe process that does many other things as well. As far as I know there is no way to change the clock speed. If there is no legitimate need to do this why would Microsoft make it possible?
