Solved What is this red line in Chrome?

Is anybody else getting a red line scrolling across the screen under the search bar? It only happens on Youtube when I click on a video and it only happens in Chrome. I tried clearing cache and even re-installing chrome but it stills does it.

Its a new loading bar introduced by youtube. You would see this bar on youtube only and not in complete chrome browser.

I understand it could be annoying for some people as well. Maybe youtube would come up with a way to disable that progress bar as well in coming days.
