What Nvidia DX11 GPU would you buy with 200 Cheeseburgers?

My GTX260 is showing signs of old age and I am about to make a purchase for a new one, I don't really want to go ATI/AMD. I only do Shooters and Campaigns, never Multiplayer so... having my system specs and knowing my budget, what Nvidia GPU would you go with?

I agree with Dude, I would get one but the wife won't let me spend any money on frivolous things like PS parts. I have a GTX 460 , it still plays all the games well including Black OPs II.

@ Gary... I almost purchased 2 used GTX460 to use in SLI but I was deterred because I was told they use more watts than the new models and they run hotter as well but its a hellacious card from what I hear.

GTX 660 Ti, a little more dollars for a moderate performance difference...

I have played almost all Non DX11 shooters with the GTX260 and I have loved them all... that is to say that I am not overly impressed when it comes to having all settings at Max, I'm very simpleton and money is a bit of an object at this time ... perhaps the not having money has a lot to do with not being overly impressed with Max Settings as well :shock:

That is the reason I was going to go for SLI, because the performance was so close and in SLI, it should kick some major ass... the temperature was the deterrent though.

660TI seems like the Bang for your Buck card

and use the 260 for PhysX problem solved

For the record the 460 and 470 models or kepler type GPU's would catch fire from what I 've read in some articles that they get extreme hot and use lots of juice

660TI seems like the Bang for your Buck card

Best price I have seen for a Ti is about 275.00, that is 75 more than I would like to spend. I can't really justify paying more than 150 to 200 for a GPU, anything more than that I just feel like I am letting them tear me a new one w/o even asking for a kiss first:shock: .

I know that Crysis 3 is very demanding but I doubt any of the future games will be so or as demanding as C3.

And like you said, I can always use my GTX260 for PhysX, that would be plenty of GPU for what I am normally used to have

Sounds good one thing though once you start to have a Multi GPU set up you might not want just a single GPU ever again I doubled up on 2x 6870's and after that had to double up on some 2x7970's very sweet you will love it and you will be able to use ultra max settings with that set up as well

Well, I don't know about doubling up... I would buy the Asus GTX660 2GB and use the old GTX260 for PhysX, once it completely dies, then I can still use the 9500GT I know use for PhysX and just keep the new GTX660 plus the 9500GT

I am hoping this new Asus is not as long as my EVGA GTX260, I was hardly able to instal it because it was touching with the other side of the case once I plugged in the power cable... I am going to go check the specs of the 660 and measure it before I crap on my new purchase

Well crap... the 260 is 10.5 and the 660 is 10.2 :shock:

Have a look at the Zotac GTX 660, I believe it's shorter than the others.
