What program do you use to monitor your network activity?
I need to monitor mine.

Please any recommendation...

Hm interesting topic, usually I use task manager (i made a shortcut for it) and i've set it like this: _if you wanna go pro here is a nice one

I would like freeware, simple, but better than taskmgr

Task manager is really not sufficient.
