hi guys and girls:)

i got windows 7 64bit

i got firefox browser the latest version i got the following addons

webrtc
bluehell firewall

disconnect
popupultimate
httpseverywhere
all updates turned off for more protection

i got spyshelter firewall preminum
hidemyasspro
winpatrol pro
microsoft essentials
sandboxie preminum various folders and programs blocked and blacklisted
in resource access blocked access
i added
C:\

%Local AppData%\Mozilla\
%AppData%\Mozilla\
\Device\Mup\

i got btbroadband
bthomehub 5 with wifi acess enabled for my brother nintendo switch

what software can i use to monitor my network for hackers stealing and sniffing my packets??
anyone on my wi fi router access or network spying??

someone stole 100 pounds out of my account
at the nearest atm now here where it doesnt make sense my brother always covers his hand when putting in the pin at the atm i just found out that hackers can record your pin number by using a overpad relay keyboard!!! it seems they did it that way and had a gadget maybe clone my card in the machine??

or iam thinking someone in morrisons stole my pin number and card details using them pin and chip payment cards i dont know if it possible or not i would have thought they would turn off all the tills at the end of the night unless its programmed to send the details over the internet network somehow??
i read a new firmware update will block the tampering on the machines
i dont know maybe a few people in morrisons at night are corrupted to get the credit card details and pin i dont know
lastly i know if someone got on my network and pinched my packets or data or was spying on me but mayb e my neighbour or the local cninese chippy did it to steal my visa debit card details but i never ever put in my pin number that i used for the cashpoint which was 1115 my security number on back of card is 122 so i dont know how someone managed to steal my visadebitcard details and get my pin number and i told my brother in future to use the halifax inside cash machine call me paranoid they got my details somehow and i thought i had my pc secured enough??
i shopped online a few time but i cant figure it out how would they would guess my pin number to withdraw at the atm??
in future should i disable my addons in firefox when shopping??
i cant see it them that got it because then they would have to goto hyde and my local atm??
it doesnt make sense at all!!

I don't think you have enough security software......but if you sit behind a good secure router with a long obfuscated password, then you are quite secure. Examine the router logs periodically for odd entries.

have a go at:
GRC

Your security code and pin you quoted could be read by the possible criminals that possibly scanned your card

If you have any worries with your bank cards of any kind, contact your bank immediately and arrange a face to face meeting In Branch to discuss options - Normally would start with a complete replacement of all cards and probably accounts.

Yes there are devices that are added by criminals to ATM devices to steal credentials and the use of Chip and Pin can actually make things easier than the older signature requirement.

Unless you are someone of national fame and fortune you are not likely to be the target of anything other than low level spying or packet sniffing, you will just not be worth enough to the criminals to spend their time and money setting you up - The scanners added to an ATM is aimed to steal a little from many "accidental" targets and not a specific target. don't enter your pin in view of anyone standing in the queue behind you, cover the keyboard when entering your pin (I used my wallet held in one hand when typing with the other. Quickly put any money and the wallet away after use, and do not walk around advertising the fact that you have just, or are just going to withdraw cash.

maybe the hackers got software that can detect the pin number from the card details?? i changed my pin number last night i went to the bank this morning and nothing taken out so whoever managed to get my pin number somehow will have to go through alot of hoops to try n find my new pin number i changed to last night with 10,000 combinations i dont think they will bother i notified the morrisons supermarket about the incident but they got cameras on the atm outside but i dont think that would put the hackers n stealers after your money if they make 400 pounds a day that alot of money to make for a few hours work for nothing

the only places they could have got my pin is at a shop that sells second hand games in claredon shopping center the halifax indoor atm maybe a rogue employee is monitoring the atm somehow
morrison inside chip and pin machine rogue staff employees
hackers scammer attached devices to atm at supermarket morrison atm machine
someone local stole my debit card details and managed to get my pin somehow??

PINs no obstacle for debit card thieves - Technology & science - Security | NBC News

to me i smell a rat on my network
or a rat putting devices on the atm
or a rat at the video gaming store
or maybe at the halifax branch lousy rat!!

so what software do i need to beef up my security thanks!!

You already have too much software installed.....from where I am sitting you seem to have just grabbed anything and everything and installed that hoping it helps. Go to the source, your router and make sure it's secure. Go to the GRC site and run some tests so you know what the lay of the land is.
