What services to activate for LAN? (Accidentally locked myself out)

Half year ago I tried to optimize my W7 installation shutting down various services (which actually would start automatically) using the recommendations from this website: Black Viper's Web Site Everything was fine, but that time I was using WLAN; now since I am connecting via normal LAN again, I see that the normal LAN does not work anymore. When I plugin the LAN cable to another computer (W7 but not services manipulated) the LAN works fine.

So can someone help and tell me which W7 services are related to LAN connectivity?

Black Vipers list isn't really good for w7.

Why not just go see which services Black Viper told you to turn off then turn them all back on again.

Turning those services off is way over rated for saving resources and it just ends up causing problems later on.
