What software is the best way to do this back up?

I just perform a Windows 7 clean installation on my Hard Drive.
(No Hardware installed. Only applications like Anti-virus)

But, I still have 3 more computer left without OS. How can I perform this :

I want the 3 Computers to have the same applications and settings just like the first computer that I performed a clean installation of windows 7. Something like cloning.

Assuming you have legal product keys for all computers, I believe you can use something like Macrium Reflect Pro to "ReImage" the remaining computers. If they differ in hardware from the original, you may have songNdance to do within said computers to smooth out Windows OS.

You can use Windows build-in backup and restore to do this. Bare Metal Recovery is same as All Critical Backup which is backup of all critical volumes.
All Critical Backup is same as System State backup + System Volume + Any other critical volume.
Wbadmin start backup -allcritical -backup
