After around 15 years of appointments, emails and contacts my outlook.pst file is now bigger than 5GB.
It works well, so far. But: how long can I still continue?
For safety reasons I make 2 backups every night...
I have never wanted to (auto-)archive parts of my .pst file.
Simply because if I search for a certain (old) mail I wish to find it in ONE file - and not search in older files.
Is there still a way to keep the best of both: a small file without the risk of a sudden crash, but still with easy search options in older sections?
Thanks for any suggestion!
Wim
