what version is your Task Scheduler?

for some reason my Task Scheduler is V1.0, wikipedia says it's up to V2.0.

I don't know how to update it to the latest version.

Any recommendations?

Strange, both my 64bit Windows installations show v1.0.

One being Ultimate SP1 and the other, HP SP1.

So you have the same problem. Wikipedia says Task Scheduler 2.0 was introduced in Vista.

Did Microsoft downgraded Task Scheduler to 1.0 in Windows 7?

The version shown in Vista is also 1.0, for what it's worth.

Exactly my thoughts on this, because it's officially v2.0 for Vista and Higher.
