14hrs. yesterday and another
12.5 today. Korean BBQ sounds

We returned home tonight from Knoxville, TN. Got hungry about 4PM and was still 2 hours from home. We stopped in Hattisburg, MS at the local Cracker Barrel restaurant.
I had:
Lemon Pepper Grilled Rainbow Trout - that is a great fish.
Fried Okra
Turnip Greens
Fried Apples - Apple pie filling
Corn Bread and a large Stewart's Root Beer.

Sleep the rest of the way home as I was driving.

Well tonight we had sausage casserole and suet dumplings followed by trifle.

When I was a kid I used to love mom's dinner of liver, onions and peas. Finally got around to trying my hand at that yesterday - was as great as I remember it to be even though I botched the sauce

Home made fajitas of a sort. Flour tortilla, enchilada sauce rice, chicken, guacamole, and mexican 4 cheese. Chips and picante sauce. A Guy

Salmon sausage, oven roasted potatos ,ceaser salad.
And Guiness of course.

For dinner tonight is Sausages with some Mashed Spud and a bit of super rare :drool: steak

Popeye's Fried Chicken with Cajun Rice, Red Beans and Biscuits.
