I don't have problems with the XP mode console. I always click the ctr-alt-del button and select shut down. Takes about a minute and XP Mode is powered off. I can log off Win 7 normally.
If I start my application (Word Perfect 9) directly. It launches XP mode fine. I type up my letter. Then, I close by clicking File, Exit. XP Mode closes.
But, when I try to shut down Win 7, I get a big box saying it has to hibernate my XP Mode. Takes about 20 seconds.
Is this normal? Is there a way to close the application so that xp mode hibernates when the App closes? It's very annoying getting this "need to hibernate" message when I'm trying to shut down Win 7.
