Didn't put as much effort as I should have for my GCSEs in high school. Learnt from that and did three years in college. Re-did math's GCSE to get a higher grade, and now I'm in University with a scholarship, so I managed to turn it around and get to where I want.
Stupidest thing I've done at University is not take the years placement in San Francisco.
