This is, I can't remove it. I can't even allow myself to because all the check boxes are greyed out.

Here's more! How do I get my files to do this?

You could just leave them alone. [Like that is going to happen :-]

You can take ownership of them and then delete them:

Or you could use Unlocker - just watch out for the junk that the installer asks you to install.

Can you not figure out how to take ownership of the entire folder in a few simple clicks?

What I was demonstrating was that I clicked take ownership but it still said the access to the file was denied.

Then try unlocker... just pay attention to the junk that it offers during the install.

Beware that sometimes files are locked for good reason! It does not seem as if sfxworks has attemted to Take Ownership of the folder that contains these files. The folder title seems to be "fb1cec......" then a lot of numbers and letters that I can't quite read. It is though in the C root so should be simple to locate!
