I have tried, I can't be bothered to wait two days for avast to scan!!! I have deleted a file called relevant knowledge and I have turned off logmein, that might have had something to do with it. I am now going to wait and see if it still keeps coming up, will post if it does. Thank you very much for your help.

Two days? Try Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is a free download that removes viruses and malware from your computer too.

This day and age you need more than a single program to protect you.

Norton is an AV, The other suggestions are Anti-Malware.

After deleting the relevant knowledge, reliability is on the rise...hope it stays that way!!!

You can create a shortcut to open reliability monitor as follows
perfmon.exe /rel
Also you can run a system health report
perfmon.exe /report
prwe

most of those red X's are me forcing my games closed LOL oh and one of those days i installed a sound driver wrong and had to do a system restore because of the driver messing up my boot:mad2: anyways i ended up fixing it with a system restore was no other way
