I am having the same problem as Vinastus. Exactly the same. Disabled anti-virus (anti-virus are worst then 99% of the virus) Running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. Not playing through any 3rd party software like steam.All games are the same including War thunder, Assassin Creed, Witcher 3. The list is too big to name all here. Here are some spec of hardware:
AMD Phenom II x4 965 running @3701 MHz
ASUS M5A99X Evo R2.0 ATX AM3+
4x2 Gb Corsair Ram running @557 MHz
EVGA GeForce GTX 960 ACX 2.0+ 2GB GDDR5 128BIT
XFX Pro650W
PS: I tried a fullscreen/windowed mode but wouldn't come out of the game correctly, showing the task bar on the bottom of the game but not working.
PPS: Go get stuffed Boozad if you don't want to help pissoff. There was no language in the first post to get your prissy little noise out of joint over.
