Hi,
my computer turns on automatically after a while
I have no scheduled tasks,
my network card has this option in its properties -> "wake-up capabilities", I set it to "none" , no luck
I even disabled network card; removed the network cable and still no luck
I have done and checked everything I could think of, tried to read the event viewer to see what causes the computer to wake up and found nothing (or I couldn't figure out the cause)
EVEN I turned off all the clocks in home, but still my laptop wakes-up after 10-20 min. I think it's gotten insomnia!!

any suggestions? help? (apart from putting sleep pills into the CD-ROM!!)

Has this just happened after working OK ?

If yes, you may want to check if you have picked up any nasties i.e malware, virus.

If no, check your settings in BIOS.
