When I open my C or D Drive the folders were converted to Application.

My OS is Windows 7.
It started when the $RECYCLE.BIN Folder were visible then it becomes like that and when I try to open one of the folders in the C or D Drive it closes the current folder and open a new window.
One day when i open my laptop it shows a message that my OS were missing but one day after when i open it the message doesn't show anymore....
What could be the cause of this problem??

Another is whenever I open a CMD it closes immediately......

Its a virus . . .. Try malware byte and run a complete scan
