It all started, when I custom upgrade to Window 7, when I had window 7 already, and I deleted all my partition, which is my OEM,My Primary, and the reserved, and now it doesn't work, I know it not any of my cables, because I haven't made any changes to my cable since this all happened

Well, is this an OEM machine or custom build? A lot of variables here, some system spec.'s would help alot. If its OEM it could be that some of their propriety software is needed for the fan. How long does it stay on after shut down? How hot is your machine running? Have you ran a sfc/scannow to check for corrupted system files? Here's how to post your spec.'s.

Heres how to run an sfc/scannow :

You say that you "custom" upgraded, is this how you did it?

It is possible you may very well have a bad/faulty fan. If your system has more than 1 fan which i am assuming it does; (most systems have at least 2-3 fans including the cpu fan). I would try switching it for a different one and see what happens.

Look man, I haven't changed anything since when I did the custom upgrade so it can't be my fan, what I'm expecting is maybe missing .dll or files

Well short of swapping the fan to at least test it; not 100% on this one other than believe it or not; just like any computer component; fans can stop functioning properly at any time or moment and without warning. It still sounds like either the fan itself is bad; and or the power supply that supplies power to the fan for some reason is not being cut off when the system shuts down. Usually most of the time there is no real way to check for how good a fan is within windows. however; if your system bios supports it; you could check the bios for fan stats and see if there is anything in there to let you change when it turns on/off etc.

How would I check it?

When you first start the system up there should be a splash screen with the motherboard mfr(if its a custom build) or other manufacturer name; it should also tell you what key to press to get into the bios. not all bios's are the same so i cant say for sure what yours is.

So I take it you have never been on the net, loaded up a stick / disk from someone else, run Windows updates, or take in emails?? I find that amazing as you need to hook up to the net to install if nothing else:confused:.
