When it comes to hardware: 32bit or 64bit?

I recently installed Windows7 64bit (RTM) and got everything working except any of the 3 wireless pci cards I have.

I posted a thread over here (http://www.sevenforums.com/drivers/28190-no-win7-64bit-drivers-3-different-wifi-pci-cards.html) about it.

Will hardware with the currently available (Vista) drivers function better on Windows7 32bit or 64bit?
Does hardware in general function better on one over the other?
or are my 3 wireless cards just crap and it's just time to buy a new one?

Currently 64 bit has a bit more problems with drivers than 32. I get the felling that there are more 32 bit drivers (they might be really old) than 64. Having been thru your dumps and adapter drivers it might be easier than 64, but so would buying a current adapter.

I dont think 32 bit vista drivers work better in win 7 than 64bit vista drivers do in 64 bit win 7
