If you look at thread "rumours about RTM" you'll find 50+ pages of speculation, angst and wishful thinking about the next unofficial leak from MS which may or may not be the final product.

There have been only two official releases thus far: the beta (build 7000) and the release candidate (build 7100).
There have been many leaks of builds along the way and there will probably be at least a few more; however, z3r010 is correct: Windows 7 will be released commercially on October 22.
