When Will We See new updates ?

Today is the day which Windows 7 is public. In some posts people was talking about UPDATES when windows 7 is public.
So is there anybody knows when will we see new updates on windows update page?
Because i think that they will effect windows 7 perfomance

All of my systems still run fastest on XP 32-bit for the most part. Win7 is fun to play with, but I still prefer XP for raw speed, security, and functionality.
The "new" updates seemed to come out on regular schedule, which was this past "patch Tuesday."

They'll be there waiting for people doing new installs today, but they were already there for those who installed prior to this past week.

I don't believe anything beyond those is expected today. (But it would be really really darn nice if Intel released firmware that supports TRIM in their SSD drives today, as was earlier expected.)
