Where are IR codes stored ?

Hi guys, I have just set up a new Win7 64bit HTPC and was hoping to get the Media Center working with my ADB set top box using the IR blaster that comes with the HVR-2210 TV Tuner card.
No matter how I try the thing refuses to learn the remote codes. It even gives me a false 'recognized set top box" or something but the channels did not change when I test the codes.

I tried learning all the codes but to no avail.

The funny thing is I did manage to get the whole thing to work in an another similar set up that I built 1 week ago using the same tuner card !.

So my question is this. Where did the IR codes goto after the Media Center has learnt them? Perhaps then I can simply copy and paste from my earlier set up.

I have wasted too much time on this and I would appreciate any help. Thanks !

You have to use the "IRSS" plug-in... Do you use it?

Do you mean IR Server Suite?
I tried using it with a USB transceiver,
the channels change properly at TV set up in Media Center
but when I try to finalize set up,
always get error message from Media Center that
"Media Center has encountered a serious problem ..."
and it leaves set up ...
