Where are the multi touch tablet PCs?

I think Apple is gonna run with this once again and Microsoft will be late to the party. Right smack in the middle of Windows 7 release.
What do you think? For years Microsoft and Bill Gates have been pushing tablet pcs and they never cought on. Apple is rummored to release one and I bet will be the hottest thing in town.

In my opinion, tablet PC's will not reach the majority since they are expensive and unnecessary.

Only rich people with Ikea looking houses will buy these...

I am running an HP lapchop with multi-touch and 7 RC on it, works great even some pretty fine gesture support
