Where can I make a search engine (Like Google)

I want to make a search engine for the world to use, but I have no coding skills and cant seem to find one.
I want it to be like Google in the sense that it searches everything it can find (Searches the world wide web)

This being said what you propose to do is quite an undertaking. Microsoft, among others, have tried for years and Bing is still not quite as good as Google. It doesn't mean you shouldn't try. It does however mean you should be prepared to learn a lot about webcrawling, indexing and data bases, have somewhere to store the information......

After Googling some tips for you, here's my recommendation:

• Find a billion or two (Kickstarter?)
• Find a catching name like Bling, Boogle, Spandex and so on, register it as the company name and domain name
• Lure the top Google, Bing and Yandex coders with money and extra perks, for instance if Google is offering them $200K a year and a massage chair at office, you should offer $300K a year and a bed and live Thai masseuse
• Hire me and few of my mates to take care of the rest of the business, we'll give you a World Wide Interweb Search Engine in a year or two (if it rains add another year)

My only problem is I dont have money to fund something like this... i mean if like I could find some people to help me for free and have some ownership (hopefully it would take off and be a success) I cant currently afford to pay people to help me create this. If anyone wants to join me in this just say so! I would need people to code and things like that. Im good with ideas, financing, and stuff like that but i cant code for anything. Again I cant pay you to start, we would just be mates building a Huge Search Engine EMPIRE and when it starts making money anyone who helps gets a cut of it. Idk if its a good plan or not because I just came up with it now lol. Respond Soon!

To get to the real world.
Here are a couple of videos that give you examples of what it takes to have the Search Engines (browsers) like the big boys; Google and Microsoft. We are talking billions of dollars. How many billions; well Google and Microsoft aren't saying.
There is much more information on Google and or Microsoft search engines and much more. Just use Google and or Bings and you will find it.

You appear to have some ideas. But you need more than that. Many ideas that seem good at first fall flat when confronted with the real world.

You need to do some serious research (not just asking questions on a forum) so you will understand how a search engine operates, the practical issues involved, and what it will take to bring your project to completion. You can't leave this to others. You need to show that your project is practical or no competent programmer will take you seriously. As an amateur programmer myself I can assure you this will not be easy.

Do your homework first. Then ask for help.
