Not sure where you'd find it, but I'd get everything backed up today or tomorrow.

I can't remember exactly where you would find it, but look at the bottom right of the desktop screen. There should be something like 'Windows 7 Evaluation Copy' and maybe with a date there?

Type winver in the search box

I'm not sure if this is right. Open up your start menu, in the search box type winver. Press enter. A windows prompt should open up and show you the expiry date. Or type msinfo32.

If you mean on other Partitions then no only on the C: drive.

You will need to backup everything on a different drive/partition. Then you need to buy a legitimate copy of Windows 7, or reinstall Vista, both options will format the hard drive. Then use the backed up files to restore all your files and settings. (You will need to manually install programs)
