Solved Where is board help

I'm probably looking right at it & can't see it. I usually see it at the top of other forums. I see 'forum rules' right away but not a list of 'how to's' which is what I need.

Thank you David!! Sure glad you understood my poorly worded question. I should have used the term: FAQ to make it clear what I was looking for.

I really don't understand why it's (FAQ) not at top of board.

greg, please re-read my last post at other thread, I believe I said that I was tired & was done for the evening, at which time I did log out. I believe I had posted this thread earlier. It's hard to tell in this board with the style of timing used here.
And yes, I'm late getting back to that thread but had a different problem relating to board use earlier & had to sort that out before being able to post at all.
