If you don't know what SFC -SCANNOW Command is then why don't you ask back instead of accusing me of posting the same answer? It checks system files to see that they are all intact. Recycle Bin is a system file. If you've messed up your System then there may be other System files awry as well.

Did you follow the steps exactly as given to restore the Recycle bin in Desktop Icons - Change or Restore Default Icon - Windows 7 Forums?

This is an interactive forums where we expect detailed replies back on each step we give, then if necessary we will give more. We don't expect or tolerate sloppy, insolent replies. You either cooperate or you go away.

I am not able to use SFC because it is restrickted to admins. I have taken control over CMD as instructed, still no control. Cannot make any admin controls over cmd. I installed this copy of windows. Yet have no administrative controls over this OS. THIS IS BULLSHIT. I have no administrative control over my own system. I cannot believe I pay EUR120 for crap system I have no administrative rights over. f***

Maybe windows is designed to use one monitor only? 2 , 3 ,4 or plenty monitors cannot be handled by window? Can track this bug be multi-monitors? Maybe windows is just for a single monitor?

If you've lost Admin privileges you're either doing something wrong or have tweaked the system to ruin. This type of problem is never the fault of the OS, but the user.

Boot into System Recovery Options to run SFC -SCANNOW Run in Command Prompt at Boot

If you have a System Restore point that predates the problem you can also run it from the same Options.

If those fail try Built-in Administrator Account - Enable or Disable - Windows 7 Forums
or Built-in Administrator - Enable from WinRE - Windows 7 Forums
