Solved Where to find temporary internet files?

Google tells me to go here------

C:\Users\AaLF\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Cache

All I see in AaLF is MyDocs, Pics, Videos, music etc. Where is my AppData Folder?

AppData is a hidden folder, you have to unhide it to see it,
