Which brand motherboard is best for i3 processor ?

I had chosen i3-2020 3.30 GHZ Processor, But i am not sure in Motherboard.

Kindly suggest , which brand i can choose intel or ASUS ?

my budget 12000/- set of processor and motherboard.

Kindly note mother should need HDMI out. if you suggest ASUS the grapich should be ATI RADEON

I built my core i3 box on an Intel mobo, and my buddy at work used that same CPU that you are discussing and he did the Intel board as well. I like Intel boards as they tend to be rock solid in terms of stability.
