which card will preform better in Sli

Hi guys I'm building a Gaming desktop for my nephew and I need some input on this which one will preform better in Sli 1Gb 9600GSO or the 512mb 9800GT i'm a bit stuck cause judge by the amount of vram i think the 9600GSO but i KNow that tha's not always the case so any help would be great :D:p

I agree with tews, just wanted to make sure if your doing sli that the psu has sufficient power for the card. If you want to read more search seven for user edrik who just went thru the process.
