I use win 7 to edit the mp3 tags on my music for my SYNC system, and I was wondering if anybody knew what windows file holds the "genre' list that comes up when editing? I have a few .com tags that got in there somehow and would like to delete them.

Thanks in Advance

Thanks for the replies, but what I'm looking for is where the LIST of genres is kept within windows. When I right click and go to details, and select the genre menu, I get a bunch of stuff in THAT list I need to remove. I have .com listings right beside all the others E.g. rock, rock/pop etc.
Thanks
