I'm looking for an appropriate place to post a problem with BitLocker but none of them seem to fit. Which particular forum would be the correct one for that?
Thanks.

Since you've already started the thread, might as well post your problem here, and if it needs to be moved, they will let you know.

Thanks. I have an issue where when BitLocker is enabled, it asks for the key every time I boot the machine. It seems as though every webpage I find says to Suspend BitLocker, reboot, then Resume BitLocker and the problem should be resolved. I've done this (many times, in fact), but it still asks me to the key every time I reboot after resuming.

Also, I've completely decrypted the drive, cleared and turned off the TPM then turned it back on and encrypted the drive again. Still, I get asked for the key each time it boots. This was done both before and after flashing the BIOS with the newest version to ensure TPM stability.

In the Event Viewer System log, I've received the errors below several times each.

Event ID 24636 Bootmgr failed to obtain the BitLocker volume master key from the TPM.
Event ID 24635 Bootmgr failed to obtain the BitLocker volume master key from the TPM because the PCRs did not match.
