Which hard drive upgrade?

I currently have dual 200GB Fujitsu (5400rpm) hard drives in my Vaio. I'd like to up the C: drive to 320GB and 7200rpm.
1) Any brand preferences? I don't really know what's "good."
2) Is "Create a system image" in System Restore an exact duplicate...so I could load my computer from the other drive then transfer everything back to C???
As always, any help would be appreciated!

1. Western Digital hard drives are very good these days.

Western digital and Seagate are good names.
The Windows 7 "create an image" will be a duplicate and it works great. I've done it 3-4 times. I love using it.
You may need to re-activate Windows when you get it on your new drive, but you may not....I don't know. It's something to keep an eye on.
Good luck.

Thanks guys! I'll get one ordered. I guess I'm gonna go with a Western Digital Scorpio Black (320gig). And thanks for the reassurance about the "image"....
