Which is the best graphic card within 3500Rs range?

Hi, i had a gforce 8400gs which is spoiled now. i want to upgrade my graphic card within 3500rs i am confuse because i like to play game and all type of card does not support games as well as i use 3d software like 3ds max and Maya.my PC config is P4 3gb ddr2 . please anyone guide me
