I bought an msi GTX 560 but just found some different ones in the local computer store and was wondering whether I made a wrong choice. As far as I can tell though, there isn't much of a difference between the three (Gigabyte card has a slightly higher shader and core clock speed)).

Looks OK to me. Sure, there are differences between them, but that's how the individual manufacturers have implemented the NVidia reference design.

They are all pretty much the same .. I doubt you'll notice that much FPS between either of them.

I think that if you can use the same manufacture as your motherboard so in your case get the Asus. This is because it has mostlikey been tested by Asus and if there had been a issue with the Graphic card the patch it with a bios update. That my opinion.
