Which Programs do I not need when i start up my Windows 7 Laptop

Windows 7 Labtop, 64 bit. Doing a bit of cleaning and noticed all the programs opening on start-up, which do i actually NEED? xD

For those of you saying YOU WROTE SOME OF THEM DOWN MULTIPLE TIMES! Thats because in my log its there mutltiple times

This is what I recommend when you are in msconfig.
Start up should include your security, mouse and keyboard only. Some system don't even need the keyboard and mouse.
In Services after you go in the lower left corner and check, Hide All Microsoft Services what is left should be your security if it's there. The rest you don't need at boot.
They will still work when you or Windows 7 directs them to. They just won't start up at boot and run in the background when not needed.
Do not mess with Windows 7 Services.
