I'm not familar with the first one, so can't comment. But, I must say that you should never try to save on a PSU. Buy the best quality you can affoard. The PSU runs everything in your computer and can also ruin most all of the components. I always recommend Seasonic, Corsair or Antec.

yeah it is abit iffy, forget about it, i made the sum and it only outputs 384watts(not good for a 550)

Watts is also not the only thing, Amps are very important too. Off the top of my head, I would say a good 550W PSU should put out about 45A on the +12V rail.
