I'm using Mr Grim's Concept Theme, It's quite dark but very clear and easy to use imho:)

Ooops, misread the thread title. Concept is my whole Windows customised theme. On SF I use SF black wide and I like it. However some peoples text colour is difficult to read occasionally.
