Which tool is best for recover data from Phone internal memory

Hello everybody ! I have a Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos I9082. In this I have some Audio recording clips, these audio clips stored in the Phone internal memory but i lost all of these Due to a limitation of fix no. of clips mean only 40 no. of clips reside in this ,after 41 this delete No. 1 clip so this way i lost my audio clip then how i can recover this .This device running on Android 4.1.2 version. The format of Audio clips is ".m4a"
Please tell me which tool is better for recover the clips.

I don't think there is any way of recovering the old audio clips since these are overwritten by the newer clips. You have a microSD card slot for upto 64GB. Will you not be able to store your media files onto the microSD? If you are using the internal memory you should always be alert and back up the contents to your PC/external drive to avoid such mishaps. ( I store all my media files onto the 64GB Sandisk MicroSDXC in my Windows phone - my recent acquisition. )

You can attach the phone to the PC and try with Recuva. But as jumanji says, the chances of success are slim.

also as a future workaround you could install dropbox and send clips to dropbox. there you have a backup you can get to from a pc.
