Which version of MS Access should I buy Windows 7

Hi I run my laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. I have Word 2010 and Excel 2010. I want to add Access. Ignoring any functional improvements in Access 2013 over 2010, which version will run best on Windows 7? I don't want to buy Access 2013 and then find I have to upgrade to Windows 8 and then move up all other apps.

Both will run fine on Windows 7......personally, I would stick with 2010

If you are an Access application developer you'd probably be better off with Access 2010. From what I can tell the development environment has been changed significantly in Access 2013.

Also, it has traditionally been a major problem to mix components from different versions of Office on the same system.
