Which weather gadget is this?

I just upgraded from the RC to HP and forgot to backup my gadgets.

I've gotten the rest of them, but I still can't find this weather gadget. I believe it was a custom made gadget which was originally in German.

Would anybody happen to have the name of it? I'd greatly appreciate it.
