While starting my system it shows :POVIC missing

While starting my system with Windows 7, it shows the message "POVIC missing Press alt+ctrl+del to restart". What may be the reason for it? And how can it be solved? Please need quick responses. Thanks in advance

I googled that error message but I could not find any reference to POVIC. Whenever I find a computer error message that has no internet information, I start thinking malware. Suggest you run a full scan with your installed anti-virus suite. No anti-virus program will be 100% effective 100% of the time. If there was such a thing we'd all be using it. So I also recommend running these free on-demand scans.

Another possibility is your computer has damaged or corrupt system files. Run a system file checker scan from an elevated command prompt (option two.) If any problems are found, run the scan 3 times and reboot your computer after each scan.
