Solved White boxes on desktop shortcuts

[Matlet]

I find these white boxes on top of my desktop shortcuts. Have a look at the CCleaner shortcut in the photo, that's what I'm talking about. How can I fix this problem? P.S. Please don't suggest sfc scannows or resetting iconcaches, I've tried them both.

It actually resolved my problem. I remember having it before, but when I switched to Stardock's Objectdock on my Windows, I no longer needed the vista shortcut manager and I probably uninstalled it improperly, leaving some settings misconfigured. Thank you so much Jerry.
