White installation screen

Hi, im using Windows 7 Home Premium x64 (SP 1) on Acer Aspire 5740 ( i5 M430, 4gb ram), after uninstaling Kaspersky Internet Security 13 for upgrade to Kaspersky Internet Security 14, i cant install any programs, all instalation windows ale blank/white, i have came across this problem earlier with skype instalation but i have runned silent instalation and then the problem was somehow gone, but now even silent instalation is not working, what can i do?

if u need any additional info on the software tell me what u need and how can i obtain this information (im kinda new to this stuff)

Did the problem start after installing Kaspersky Internet Security 14 ?

You could do a system restore.

ok, i've restored system to earliest possible point, over a year back but it didnt fix the issue.

this problem must have started before i attempted to install kaspersky 14, because i found it while trying to install it.
