White noise like a printer on headphones

Hey, It's been awhile since I posted here. I just bought a HyperX Cloud Gaming Headset about a week ago and it produces static and like printing sounds like when the printer is printing a paper, while idle when plugged into the front/rear panel audio jacks. My motherboard is a Z68AP-D3 rev1.0 LGA 1155 Gigabyte motherboard with a Realtek ALC889 onboard soundcard. I installed the recommended driver for audio in Gigabyte's website,I tried disabling every playback and recording devices that are not in use. I also tried reinstalling and reformatting my Windows to see if it's a driver problem. I tried maxing the volume and removing the microphone.

If audio works OK except with the new headset, then the new headset is the problem. That seems to be the case from your post.

Is my problem related with electromagnetic or power, It didn't do these noises when I had a SONY Headphone.

It really just sounds like a defective headset. Trying to look for other causes, I don't think is the answer.

Try the headset in a different (friend's) PC and see how it sounds.

I tried it with my brother's PC and my mobile phone, it didn't emit these noises

Did you hook up both the headset and microphone when you tested it in other devices?
I've seen isolated cases that the microphone caused noise. The Sony headphones (I'm assuming) did not have a microphone integrated with the Headset??

Correct, the sony headphones did not have a microphone. Yes I did hook up the microphone and headphone jack to another PC, I tried listening to the microphone and talking if it was the microphone. That was not the case, the audio coming from my brother's PC doesn't have the noises.

To see if its something to do with the front panel wiring, disconnect the audio front panel connector and then try the headset in the rear speaker (green) jack.

I disconnected the HD Audio wire and plugged the headset in the rear, the problem is still there. I tried plugging in the mic chord aswell but no results. Not sure if I mentioned this above but the static goes loud when I move my mouse from left to right while playing CS GO or any other game. Example if I move my mouse to the right it becomes quiet but still annoying and noticeable, then when I move it back to where it was it makes the static more loud.

I've heard of that problem with mouse movement but don't remember what the fix was. Its been a few years ago, on a Dell desktop. I'll try to remember what it was and post back.

As you are using NVIDIA for audio and HDMI video, from your spec's, I would say that is part of the problem. Change the default audio playback device back to "Speakers" (the motherboard audio) for testing and then see if this happens.

the default has been "Speakers" the whole time and yes it still happens.

What is in the startup? Temporary disable any start up item that is not needed (e.g. Skype, many programs) in case one of those is causing the problem.

Internal routing of cables was a known issue on a Dell desktop and was causing noise. Changing the routing of the front panel audio cable fixed that.

I don't really have much on startup only the essentials like Intel,Malwarebytes,Realtek HD Audio and Steam Client. Why does it only happen on this headphone if the routing of the cables cause the static?

The cable routing is just a thought, may not apply but look at it anyway.

Different headsets have different impedance (AC resistance) loads. May be the impedance difference is causing the problem? I'm going out on a limb with this one, but I've seen (heard) differences in headphones with different impedances in my home recording studio.

Just checked the routing of the cables, no problem whatsoever. I forgot to add I don't even know if this matters but my brother's PC that I have tested the headphone on has an ASUS motherboard but same realtek driver version. Should I buy a USB soundcard audio adapter?

You can try a USB sound adapter, to see if the problem is your Realtek. I have Realtek on my PC and no problems. However, I rarely use it as I have a recording studio and use recording studio equipment for audio.
