So, it may be safe to assume that the song is in romani; But, which one? The original Romani where from Northern India and they migrated towards Eastern Europe and settled into ten maybe eleven different dialects.

I would lean towards the song being performed in Slavic romani. If you look through their web site: Gypsy Devils, The Slovak/Slovakian influence is very strong.
