The installed Windows is classed as Counterfeit due to the presence of a hacker's Activation Exploit (and possibly other reasons) - and the report is missing a large and important section.


Best way to fix it now (since we don't know which version of RemoveWAT was used) is to run WATFix....

Download WATFix - make sure that you UNTICK the box for the 'download manager, and click on the link on the left of the page, not the one at the top or the big shiny button on the right (which is an ad for the download manager!!) - and use that - extract the .exe file, and run it, then reboot.

Post back with another FULL MGADiag report, and we'll then see what we can do.

The simple reason for that appears to be that you used a Retail disk to reinstall, rather than the manufacturer's Recovery media.
For which version and edition of Windows is the COA sticker on the machine's case valid?
If it's for Windows 7 Ultimate...

You need to change the Product Key to the one on the COA sticker on the machine's case (or inside the battery compartment), using the Change Product Key link at the bottom of the System properties page.


You may need to activate by phone.


If it's for any other edition, you need to reformat and reinstall using genuine media and Key.
