Yeah, I can just use the quick launch. I only liked that the icons were much more seperated. Can you tell me, is it from left to right that the programs can be launched with shortcuts, i.e. the order of the apps correspond with rb: + 1 - 9
Correct, the Windows Key + 1-10 shortcuts would be from left to right for pinned icons on the taskbar. This doesn't apply to icons in Quick Launch though.

Only programs have the "Pin to Taskbar" option in their context menu. For folders, you would need to use the tutorial below to add them as a toolbar on taskbar instead.
At the Taskbar Windows Explorer icon > Properties > Shortcut > Target, I replaced %windir%\explorer.exe with %MyUserProfile%\Downloads. I'm just trying to save RAM on my netbook. I just want to know how to move the icons around.
