The attached files below in Chinese or some kind of "knees" keeps reappearing. I have deleted them several times but they come back. The folders are empty. Any ideas on how to permanently get rid of them?

Are these folders from a flash drive with an odd format by any chance? I've seen this happen before with a folder originally named with an illegitimate character.

No, not a flash drive. I don't use them. The funny character folders just come every once in a while. It isn't that much of a problem, just wondering why they keep coming back.

I have seen this occur on multiple windows 7 machines with multiple configurations, (different security software/programs installed) some being clean installs with only files added. I think its a bug in windows 7 but I have never been able to identify what causes it.
